Users can book a nutritionist for personalized meal plans, access video recipes tailored to their BMI, and connect with a coach for a complete workout plan. The app includes a progress tracker to monitor physical and mental improvements. By collecting user info such as age, gender, weight, and height, we create customized nutrition and workout plans for optimal results.
